how to make light/blending textures

STEPS:
1.) Open your screencap. Resize it to whatever width and height you want. Here I will use this Doctor Who cap featuring Whouffle, which is my OTP.
2.) Color the cap. I used a PSD from watsonly, so it's not mine, okay?
3.) Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E, and then go to Filter -> Distort -> Wave. Play with the settings. You may be thinking 'lol wtf', but this step is important.
4.) Go to Filter -> Distort -> Twirl. Again, play with the settings. Almost there.
5.) Now, for the final step. Go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur. It depends on you about the settings. Mine is 50 pixels. And you are done.

well that was fun.
so, we went to fontana and stayed there overnight.
we definitely used (almost) all the facilities.
my faves were the giant slide and the wave pool omg it was so fun.
but i think i might have over-done it.
my body hurts intensely.
